Here comes a detailed step-by-step guide with pictures.
Cut the bread dumpling into cubes and fry them in fat until crispy.
Crack the eggs into a bowl, add salt, and beat them. Pour over the dumplings.
Cover the pan with a lid and let the egg set to the desired firmness at a low temperature. If you don't have a fitting lid, it can be done without one. Serve sprinkled with pepper and chives. A green or mixed salad goes well with it.
